Amardeep Misha
President and CEO

Prior to founding Misha Consulting Group (the predecessor company to EBD), Amardeep worked in various technology management positions for Intel, Oracle and Citibank. At EBD, he has managed all aspects of the firm’s growth from a one-person startup to a firm with over $22 million in annual revenues. He has sold, architected and managed several successful, large-scale technology projects for clients such as Hewlett-Packard, BellSouth, Cingular, SBC, McGraw-Hill, Pearson Education, Johnson & Johnson, Bank of America, Time Warner and Healthsouth. Amardeep has been instrumental in developing long-term relationships with senior client executives by providing consulting advice on technology and business strategy.

Amardeep holds a B. Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi where he graduated at the top of his class and received the President’s Medal. He also holds an MS degree in Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of California at Berkeley.

Sudhir Arora
Vice President, Technology

Before joining EBD, Sudhir worked in various technology management positions at Oracle, Cisco, and Hewlett-Packard. Sudhir has over sixteen years of experience in architecture design, project management, business development, and strategic planning in senior roles.

Sudhir was also the founding member of Intellify and headed the eBroker product targeted towards enabling enterprise integration with support for all major XML, EDI, and leading commercial application standards. Intellify was subsequently acquired by Sysorex Consulting, a supply chain integration company.

Sudhir holds an MBA degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MS degree in Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Brian Clark
Vice President, Client Services

Brian oversees the implementation of EBD's engagements on the West Coast. He has over 14 years of technology management experience, having worked as a programmer, database architect and project manager on large-scale custom and package software implementations. He has a wide range of industry experience, including health care, telecom, and education.

Prior to joining EBD, Brian was a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting's eBusiness group, specializing in IT strategy and delivery for the telecommunications industry practice.

Brian holds a BA from Harvard University.

Tim Snyder
Chief Software Architect

Tim heads the Software Architecture group at EBD. He has over 20 years experience in the design and development of large-scale software applications. He has previously worked in senior technical roles for Boeing, Styker Medical and Ernst & Young.

Tim is the author of numerous technical papers related to J2EE technologies and is the former co-chair of an HL7 Standards committee.

Tim graduated from the University of Montana and is a former CPA.

Tony Gale
Managing Director, EBD UK

Tony manages EBD's UK team. He started his career at EMI in finance and moved to British Petrolium to became Finance Director of one of its divisions. He later joined Ernst & Young as a Principal Consultant. Four years later he joined Andersen's UK consultancy practice (now Accenture) as a Managing Consultant, specialising in multi-function 'turn around' assignments. He then moved to GN Great Nordic group as Managing Director of its UK operations. He oversaw the firm's growth in annual revenue from GBP3 million to GBP22 million in annual revenue and was instrumental in its sale to Swift Global.

In 1990 Tony co-founded Linkhand, an IT services company focused on document and process management. Linkhand was subsequently acquired by LB Icon in 2004.

Surinder M Arora
Managing Director, EBD India

Surinder heads EBD's development center in India. He is an experienced technology professional with over 30 years of experience. Surinder worked for over 15 years with IBM in a variety of different roles. In 1990, Surinder co-founded Melstar. Melstar grew into a diversified IT products and services firm. It was one of the early adopters of the India-based IT outsourcing model and is now a publicly traded firm.

Surinder holds a MBA degree from Delhi University, India.
